Three and Nine

Bentley lost his third tooth yesterday - the one on the top left.
It has been loose for a while, but some Sugar Sweet Corn
for dinner two nights in a row sped things up. :)
Bentley likes the way he says some words differently
(like tooth) now that's he's down another tooth.

Also happening yesterday, John and I (with Milo),
celebrated our 9th Anniversary. (Just a few days late.)

Elizabeth babysat so we could go to dinner (Jimmy Johns),
and run some errands (to the library, and Target).
Do we know how to party, or what? :)

Isn't it kinda pathetic what you do when you get time away from kids? We always end up going shopping or browsing through bookstores because you can! No interruptions! Congrats on the 9 years.

Congratulations! Nine years is a long time - it's funny how celebrating anniversaries changes each year with the addition of children! We dream about taking a trip to HI without kids someday, when we are done having kids and they are old enough to leave behind :) I'm sure you had a great time though, and your family is adorable!

Happy anniversary! I hope you enjoyed the night away even if it wasn't very fancy.

I'm sure Target can be very romantic, with all of the artificial lighting and the sounds of small children screaming for toys and candy in the background. You make married life seem so glamous! ;)

I know; we do things like run to Wal-Mart after going out to eat or to a movie. We're just so desperate for non-kid shopping time.
